Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs.
If there is damage: Please send pictures of the damaged piece to our email, & we will resolve the issue.
Refunds for Class Tickets: Because seating is limited, refunds are only offered up to 7 days prior to the event. We need time to "re-sell" those seats so that we do not take losses based on individual schedules & life events. In some cases we can transfer your tickets to future events.
